Ingredients

1 cups poori - whole wheat
1/2 cups water (more or less to make a medium dough)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cups oilfir deep frying
2 cups shrikhand - hung curd
3-4 tbsp jaggery powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2-3 tsp pistachio chopped
4-5 nos potato masala
2 nos onions chopped
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp oil
1/2-1 tsp salt (as per your taste)
2 nos green chillies chopped
1/2 sprig curry leaves
1-2 nos dry red chillies
1 tsp ginger chopped
1/2- 3/4 cups water (as per your requirement)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Directions
Mix whole wheat, salt and water to make a dough. Roll out into small circle and deep fry.
Shrikhand
Whisk 2 cup hung curd, 3-4 tbsp jaggery till it is dissolved. Add cardamom powder and garnish with pistachio
